JOB DESCRIPTION:
Swyft's Internship program values talented candidates who are passionate about innovation and driven to work in an all-hands-on-deck dynamic environment. Working within an established Project Team to coordinate and direct numerous project activities as defined by a fully developed project plan. As the Project Management intern, you will report directly to the Project Manager. This part-time internship is for an undergraduate student to take a hands-on approach with preparing and communicating project performance, cost, and status reports. The intern will also collect progress data, revise project plans as needed, review and accept deliverables and make go/no go decisions. In addition, the intern will identify action requirements, capture experiences, and identify future process improvements all while being prepared to communicate status to the Director of Project Services at any time.

  • Part-time: 18+ hours per week
  • Internship Contract: 3 months

QUALIFICATIONS:
 Experience with multi-tasking in a constantly evolving fast-paced technology environment ideal.
 Require experience in managing: projects within a large established Corporate Retail Operations organization; or multi-store deployments within a Transportation organization; or kiosk / ATM network deployments.
Possess the ability to develop all aspects of a Business Plan.
Possess the ability to simultaneously balance and adjust: Scope, Schedule, Budget, Quality, and Risks.
Excellent leadership and communication skills a must.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficiency necessary in the use of MS Office Suite, MS Project.

Desirable Skills, Abilities & Experience
Vending industry operations experience a plus.
Experience in the development of technology hardware and software products.
Experience with Asana, Netsuite, Jira, Agile.
PMI certification.
